With the revival in all things home baked and home made, cake decorating is enjoying an increased popularity. Be part of this lovely trend and come and learn a new skill that will start you off on a wonderful sugar adventure.

Classes are suitable for beginners or those who would like to fine tune their existing skills. The classes are enjoyable and fun and very much on trend for today's market. All classes, unless otherwise stated, are of one day's duration. Everything you need to complete each project is supplied. Lunch, where indicated, is provided, together with refreshments throughout the day.

Our ClassesUnless otherwise specified, classes are held in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland.

"Carlos grew up in Rosario, Argentina and began cake decorating in 1990. He has always been self-motivated and self-taught to try and learn as much as he could from the world´s top sugarcrafters. His ever growing curiosity led him to take a few courses in Buenos Aires, Paris and London. He then got the chance to teach everything he had learned over those years in several schools in Argentina and Europe. He is currently working as a contributor to Cakes & Sugarcraft Magazine and he will publish his first book soon."

About Us

Gráinne first got involved in cake decorating a number of years ago when she discovered Noel McHugh, Professional Chef, Patissier and Sugarcrafter. She attended his classes and learned all aspects of cake decoration. In the years since those early beginnings, she has decorated cakes for family, friends, and many brides. In the recent past, Gráinne decided to gain additional professional qualifications in order to teach Sugarcraft to a new generation. She has acquired The PME Knightsbridge International Diploma and The Squires’ Kitchen International Certificate together with attending intensive Masterclasses with Debbie Brown, Maisie Parrish, Peggy Porschen and Mich Turner. Her knowledge is wide ranging and her passion is to share this knowledge with others. Cake decorating is enjoying a new popularity and this can only serve to enhance this wonderful art. Classes are kept small to ensure each student receives all the practical attention needed to improve skills.
